According to
http://www.mpg.es.bw.schule.de/archiv/99/seminarfach/98_99/ausstellung_entartete_kunst.htm

this exhibition was displayed in Munich and in 35 other cities.
However, only those places mentioned by corwin02-ga are currently
known.

The number 35 on that website refers to the museums in those cities it
was displayed at (so on average 3 museums per city)
Don't forget that in the 30's people weren't as mobile as they are now
so an exhibition would be held in several parts of a city to reach as
many people as possible

Die Ausstellung "Entartete Kunst" wurde am 19. Juli 1937 in München
eröffnet und zeigte 650 konfiszierte Kunstwerke aus 32 deutschen
Museen.
Nationalsozialisten seit 1933.
