I would like help in finding a few high-quality, rigorous,
authoritative comparative reviews of anti-spam and anti-virus
software.
Explanations:
~~~ By "anti-spam and anti-virus software" I mean software of all
types that identifies spam and/or viruses.
~~~ I am not interested in reviews of firewalls.
~~~ By authoritative I mean I would prefer to find reviews conducted
by well-respected and thorough reviewers.

I have found a useful review of anti-spam software at

so now my main need is anti-virus reviews. 
(But I'm still keen on finding more anti-spam reviews as well.)
