Dear bryanhope,
Being a music collector myself - though preferring other styles -, I
have used my experience to search as many dealers' databases and
catalogues as possible. And my efforts were successful, although I
could locate one single source only:
The German online record store, Parallel Schallplatten, has 'Back To
The Lab' by the DJ Cam Quartet in stock:
http://www.parallel-schallplatten.de/browse/artistid/12705/DJ+Cam+Quartet.htm
This online music dealer ships internationally, so you will not
encounter problems buying the record.
To navigate their site, please click in the menu on the left on
'SUCHE' (= search). When the search form appears, choose the option
'nur Artist' (= artist name only) and type 'dj cam quartet' in the
text box. Then, click the 'suchen!' (= search!) button. You will be
directed to the datasheet of the album you want. The price is 23.00
Euro, which equals approx. $ 23.00 at the moment. To buy it, click the
underlined link '>in Warenkorb legen?' (= add to shopping cart?).
A popup window will appear. Do not close it! Instead, click on the
link '>zum Warenkorb' (= to the shopping cart).
You will be taken to a new site displaying the article you have chosen
and a grey box to the right saying 'Zur Adresseingabe' (= proceed to
entering your address). Click it.
Now you are at the address form, where you are asked to enter:
- Vorname (your first name)
- Nachname (your surname)
- E-Mail
- Strasse (your street)
- PLZ (your zip code)
- Ort (your place of residence)
- Land (your country)
- Tel. (phone, not mandatory)
- Fax (not mandatory)
- Zahlung per (method of payment: As you live outside Germany, please
choose 'e-mail abwarten', which means they will send you an e-mail
with payment details. They accept among other options paypal and
direct bank transfers. Write your preferred method of payment in the
big text box labelled 'Bemerkungen', which means 'notes')
After you have filled all fields with your data, click the grey box
saying 'Bestellung abschicken' (= send order).
In case you want do contact the company, here is full contact data:

Fax: (+49)(0)221 270 67 95
E-Mail: parallel-schallplatten@t-online.de
According to what I found out, Parallel Schallplatten is a respectable
store well-known for dealing in CD and vinyl rarities. Ordering at
them should in no way be a risk.
Search strategy that was succesful (via alltheweb.com, not Google):
"dj cam" "back to the lab":
http://www.alltheweb.com/search?cat=web&cs=utf-8&l=any&q=%22dj+cam%22+%22back+to+the+lab%22
I hope this helps you getting the record you desire!

Dear bryanhope,
the mail from the store says the following:
"Hello Bryan Hope,
Thank you very much for your order with Parallel Schallplatten. Below,
you see your order. We will very soon notify you about the items
available."
You see, no need to worry. It is an auto-generated answer mail
comfirming that your order has reached them. As soon as they have
checked their stock, they will let you know whether the record is
available.
Please feel free to post their answer, which will reach you as soon as
they have checked their stock, here as another Request for
Clarification. I will translate it for you and provide you further
advice, if necessary.
Regards,
Scriptor
