I am in the process of researching the companies that support and
embody LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability) for possible
future employment. Gaiam (NASDAQ - GAIA) has been the most interesting
prospect but I cannot find very much on them as an employer.

Topics that I would be interested in:
- Do they have a high employment turnover? 
- An overall view of the types of positions that employees hold with
Gaiam or even the departments within the organization
- Typical salaries for employees for a role and how does they compare
with the marketplace
- Are there large groups of disgruntled employees, past & present?
- The name of a contact person in H.R. to speak with
