I need to know the number of women who have problems during
childbirth. Can you help?

Is there a way to find out how many women have a problem because the
baby is too big to be born?

I would also like to know about the number of premature births and
abnormal labors that have anything to do with problems with the
cervix.

I am doing research in this area, and I have found out in a report
from CDC how many premature births, C-sections and labor inductions
there were in 2002, but I need to know about the ones that had to do
with problems with the woman?s uterus, cervix, or pelvis, or the
baby's size (i.e. the baby is too big to come out through the cervix).

Please let me know if you have any questions and I'll be happy to
answer. Many thanks in advance.

Lucy
