It's the woman in the white dressing gown, right at the end of the video.

I believe the younger woman is model, Kelly McGee.  She is the
singer's girlfriend and starred in the previous video for "This Love."
 Hopefully I'm right, and if you watch MTV cribs, there's a glimpse of
her there too.
