I'm trying to find a T.V. program i saw in the mid '60's.

I've checked with Alfred Hitchcock Presents, One Step Beyond, and
Boris Karloff's Thriller, and it doesn't seem to be any of those,
although it could have been a program similar to those. It was black
and white, and could have been an hour long.

The plot was: a woman decides to kill her husband, and make it look
like suicide. I think her husband was a traveling salesman. After
she kills him, she types his suicide letter on his portable
typewriter. I remember specifically that she drops the typewriter in
a lake, and as she watches it float down she
says..."everything...everything...", trying to be sure that she
doesn't make any mistakes.

Does anyone know what this show was?

It doesn't ring any bells.

But have you tried the Dick Powell Playhouse or whatever it was called?
