Spanish language researcher only please.

I am seeking to identify the directors and the main shareholders of
Universitas, XXI Casa de Bolsa, C.A., Venezuala. I have only been able
to identify the President, Santiago Hernandez.

I have looked at their web site, but am struggling with its bad design
and the language barrier.

They are registered with the Caracas Stock Exchange and their accounts
are found through this page
http://www.bolsadecaracas.com/bvc-eng/casas/casas-detalle.jsp?puesto=13&page=0
at
http://www.bolsadecaracas.com/casas/pdf/13.pdf

Other useful sources of information are listed here
http://www.bolsadecaracas.com.ve/bvc-eng/mercado/entidades.jsp

The National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores) has
some information, but not the data I am seeking.

No need to put the answer in full here. I would be happy to be pointed
to the appropriate web site/page.

Many thanks

Hi argenta,

Do you mean UNIVERSITAS DE SEGUROS, C.A, (Universitas Securities,
Anonymous Company (C.A.) that is traded on the Casa de Bolsa?

Does this look like the correct compnay?

I am bi-lingual, but not well versed on stockmarkets and shares!

Hi argenta, I have found another article, that mentions sharholders,
but gives me no leads. Perhaps another Spahish speaking researcher
will have more luck.

By the way, it may be helpful to know that shareholders = accionistas in Spanish.
