I am looking for a customer feedback survey from an engineering
procurement contractor, for example, Bechtal, Flour, Kellogg Brown and
Root.

I'm looking for a customer feedback survey by any engineering,
procurement, contractor (epc) company.  I want to see the survey they
use to measure customer feedback.

Would you please clarify your question so that it is more easily understandable?

Are you looking for a particular survey that was done BY this company
(in what year) or is it a survey ABOUT this company?  Where is this
company located?
