I'm trying to find the song in the recent Olympic female swimmer's TV
commmercial (funny commercial). I know a bit of he lyrics go "Come on
Come on... With my hands tied tight... come on come on... now it's
time... come on come on". But I don't know the group or song title.

Any help finding this rock song would be appreciated. Thanks

The song is "C'mon C'mon" by The Von Bondies.

The swimmer is Natalie Coughlin.  The commercial is described on NBC's web site:

The Von Bondies' pulsating "C'mon C'mon" (from their latest album
"Pawn Shoppe Heart" on Sire Records) plays in the background.
