I need an authoritative resource (software preferably) that will
enable me to discover which terms are the
most frequently searched for terms on the Internet, which ones are
most commonly misspelled, and what keyboard typos happen most often and
why. I have considered having a study commissioned through a
University to track what was mistyped, how often and why through the
installation of keystroke monitoring software on multiple machines. I
have searched for the terms, keystroke analysis, misstroke
analysis, commonly misspelled words, typographical errors, typos,
commonly searched terms and many other related searches but have been
unable to find an authoritative source for this type of study,
software or resource. I understnad there are many peices of software
that will skip a letter, add a letter or substitute a letter based on
its proximaty to the correct letter on a keyboard. What I need is
something that will acurately predict which terms are misspelled and
how often they will be misspelled as well as which terms are searched
for most often on the internet. Sitefinder (by Verisign) had all this
information compiled through a 3rd party when they launched their
program that redirected all internet typos to their parking page and
logged all of the results. I would pay thousands for the information
they gathered through that program but as I expect no-one here will be
able to produce this information, I am willing to pay top dollar for
anyone who can help me come about the same results. |
