Provide a general overview of management devlopment spending at major
corporations today (this year, last year fine). What is the average
(mean, median) management development spending budget per
employee/manager, and what are companies who are "best in class" or
good/great/well-known spending, and how are they are spending their
budget dollars differentially from other companies? What do they spend
on, how do they develop (not details here, but high level.  Focus of
this question is spending)
