I want to find out how to quantify various lifestyles factors on lifespan. I would like to find out where I can get answers to questions like: 1. How much longer will your life be if you are 40 (for example) and you don't smoke versus a person who does smoke? The answer is in years. 2. How much longer will your life be if you wear seat belts versus a person who doesn't wear seatbelts?? 3. How much longer will your life be if you don't fly versus a person who flies 100,000 miles per year. 4. How about the regular exercisers versus the coach potatoes? 5. Any other similar topics. I am planning a speech on what you can and can't do to increase your life expectancy within the everyday good and bad and necessary habits that all of us have. |
