Question ID: 381669
What are the dollars spent BY WOMEN on the following in 2003: (or 2002
if 2003 not available)
1. cosmetic surgery (surgical and non-surgical preferably broken out)
2. workout programs/club memberships
3. diet programs and/or supplies
4. makeup
5. antidepressants
6. visits to the "shrink" (counseling by a licensed practitioner)

I am also interested in the percentage increase over the last decade
or some larger number of years. I am writing a book on Women's
identity and am trying to validate the concept that these expenditures
do not make women happier or more fulfilled.
Thanks
Katherine
