I use Microsoft XP professional. Some times when playing a quicktime file I get audio and no vidio. What player will work for me? and where can I get it. |

Best thing for your to do is unistall your quicktime player first and then download the latest quicktime player at www.quicktime.com Peter justplays.com |

No audio -- Latest version of Quicktime not installed -- Install Quicktime No audio -- Audio driver not installed -- Install audio driver, latest version for your particular soundboard No audio -- Speakers not connected or connected to the wrong jack -- Look for proper jack to connect the speakers |

You might just not have the codecs for it. Try the Kazaa Lite Codec pack. A quick search will bring it up. |
