Hey there.  There are a couple ways you can try...

Contact his agent and explain that you are a fan and would love to get
a copy of the short film. The agent's name is Philip Leader at
Buchwald Talent Group (323) 852-9555.

You can try Green Moon Productions, which is the production company
behind a film that Marcel Sarmiento (the writer/director) is supposed
to be writing. They are at (310) 471-8800.

You can also try Fox Searchlight at (310) 369-1000.  It appears they
bought the rights to it, so I don't know how easy it will be trying to
get a copy from them.

I'd try the agent first.  And just explain how you're a fan.  If he
can't help, ask if he can refer to someone who can. You'll most likely
speek to an assistant, so just be as nice and courteous as possible.
Hopefully, you'll get what you want.
