My question is in three parts...

Who...(what organization(s)) owns/monitors/operates the three primary
companies that receive/collate/dispense... a person's financial and
'credit profile' activities in the USA? (i.e., Equfax etc.) #2. Who
has access to these 'records'? And what (if any) corporations are
'sub-corps') of the 'Mother Corporation(s)'? Is it governmentally
controlled, industrially controlled or a combination of both? (Names
of Corporations, departments and names of real people would be
helpful)...just curious
