Question ID: 382116
Need a free website that will give description, including memory
capacity and manufacturer of this DRAM strip used in Series 800 Cisco
routers.

DRAM part number is: MT4LSDT232UDG-10E1
It is also listed without the "-", as in MT4LSDT232UDG10E1

NOTE: there are lots of sites that show this number, but not the
description, and those are NOT what I'm looking for. I need a
description with capacity. this is my first time to pay for a
question, so if I get a useless answer, I will reverse the charge and
never use this service again. That's right, I want to pay you for the
actual answer, but not get scammed in the process.

Thank you.

Reginald

First: I am NOT a Google Answers Researcher.
http://www.msc-ge.com/download/pcn/micron/pcn1354-sdram-eol.pdf
indicates that the root (MT4LSDT232UDG) item is a 16MB SDRAM-based
product.

This is perhaps the only/best site available through any major Free
search engine. Otherwise, it appears that www.searchdatasheets.com
*MIGHT* have your information, but they want $50 for a 1-week trial.

Google Answers is a great service, and to base your entire experience
on a question that searches result in 8 or 13 total responses, and all
of those being lists of information... and being that you're only
spending $2 on the question... take this information and cancel your
question if this comment is enough.

This is the correct information that I was looking for, thank you!

note: the data sheet says its a "16Mb" DRAM, that's 16 Megabits, which
is 2MB (Mega-Bytes).

crythias-ga: Do what you need to do to claim the $2, it's yours. Not
that it's a big deal, but its still yours to claim.

I can't claim the money. Only researchers (those with hyperlinked
usernames) can post Answers which claim the prize.

I'm glad you got your answer, even if I was blind to what it actually
said :). Go ahead and cancel the question.
