what is this associated with? sclapi.cpp

That should be c++ source code.

It's of course C++ source code, but a google search for it also seems
to pop up a bunch of log files which contain content like this:

I haven't been able to find out what crswpp or sclapi are exactly,
though. Could you post contents of the file?

This is a C++ program somebody written on your computer

sclapi seems to refer to a Sun Cluster Application Integration
program...does that ring a bell?

you must install c++  builder in your computer...Then you open
sclapi.cpp with it...For c++ builder : www.borland.com
