I have come across several references to the "Toledo Manual" or
"Ritual of Toledo" which was apparently a book produced by the church
as a guide to priests in performing various church offices.  However,
despite some searching I have not been able to locate an actual copy
of a "Toledo Manual."  I am specifically interested in the description
of the marriage service as specified by the Toledo Manual.

So what I'm looking for is the text of the marraige service from the
Toledo Manual.  A Toledo Manual from any date would be acceptable,
though the older the better.  Full text on the web would be great, but
I would also accept a good description of a book that I can get by
interlibrary loan (original manuscripts in Spain would not be of much
use to me, interesting though they may be).  English would be great,
but Spanish is acceptable.

A "secondary source" which describes the Toledo Manual, but does not
actually reproduce the text, would not be an answer to this question
(though I would still be interested in reading it).

There is a microform copy of a book entitled:

It is located at the University of Chicago Library.

searched on "Toledo" before, but "Toledano" works better!)
