Question ID: 382233
What do hit songs by ub40, Counting Crows, and Madonna have in common
with a Kindergarten Art Class?

It could be something like "Watercolors" or "Coloring outside the
lines" or something like that. This is for a radio trivia call in
contest.

Does anyone see a common thread that fits the description?

Thanks!
Jeff

The best I could do off the top of my head is this:

UB40 had a hit with Red Red Wine
Counting Crows had a hit with Big Yellow Taxi
and Madonna had a hit with True Blue

Red, Yellow and Blue are the primary colours.

Probably a bit too obvious, though!

You might not be too far off...the guess today was "A lot of colors"
and the host told him he needed to be more specific. If you are
correct, there may be a double entendre in there - since Kindergarten
is considered (in some places) part of "primary" school. Also, if you
are correct, I'll ask you to post as an answer to see to it that you
get paid!

Hello,

rcarr-ga is not a researcher, so he can not get paid. Only ******-ga
names that are links are researchers, and can answer questions. Just
an FYI.

Thanks for the explanation of who is or isn't a researcher.

The answer they were looking for was "Primary Colors" - so yes, rcarr,
you were correct!

Thanks.
