Where can I find the best deal for a last-minute trip to Maui?

I want the hotel to be on the beach in Kihei and the price to include
airfare from Oakland and a rental car for 2 adults and a 6-year-old. 
The last week of August would be perfect--but an earlier week might be
okay.
