My friend owns a recruitment and HR consulting agency based in London
and expanding in Europe.  She is planning to make an investment to set
up shop in south east Asia.. particularly India.

I want to advice her all she needs to know about the advantages and
disadvantages and known pitfalls, legal problems etc of investing and
setting a shop in this area and the difficulties she may encounter in
controlling the financial management of a subsidiary if she sets one
up here.
