Hi!!

I could find a public library near your location (if you want to post
your city or zip code) that has this document available to read.
Is this acceptable to you?

Regards.

thank you but that isn't really what i want. I'm an outreach student
at a university in Ireland. My nearest university library is sixty
miles away...maybe I will have to resign myself to giving up some time
to go there.

gesher-ga,

Have you checked with your university library about online access?
Very many libraries offer their students online access to databases
like JSTOR or Project Muse that may contain the paper you need. Your
librarian can give you details about about access, login procedures,
etc.

Another option is interlibrary loan. Your librarian can get, and
possibly mail you, a copy of th article, and may even be able to
obtain an electronic copy that can be emailed to you.

Just some suggestions. Let me know if these work out.
