Tungsten W. can be unlocked . go here for price quote (usually arround $50) the phone is not metioned on their list by they do unlock it for you Blackberry can be unlocked there too (price usually arround $100) http://www.bongowireless.com/ they are in canada and you may have to send them the device |

http://www.steve007.tk unlocked my bb 7290 for 80 euros and i didnt have to send it to them - done remotely. |
