I am looking for a way to change the color of the front LED on a Dell
Demension XPS Gen 3 in Windows, using either a utility program or an
API call.

Currently, I can only change the color of the LED from the BIOS setup
utility at boot time. I'd like to use the LED color to actually tell
me stuff, like have it change color when there is pending email, so
having to reboot to change it is useless.
