I am struggling an hour and a half with "Ritz rate Com" to get their
book "Acupuncture for everybody" since Google seems to have no
information on acupuncture. Finally I got to a screen which may or may
not ship me  T W O of these books. If I will get two I will put up
with having one shoved down my throat since I need the information
badly.
If anybody out there has information on acupuncture or where to find
such information or the above mentioned book or other info on back
pain I would appreciate it very much.
I have a 12-year old compression fracture probablly in my L4 vertebra
which apparently is pressing on some nerves and the pain responds to
Bextra. It seems that I will not be able to be treated with
vertebroplasty. I am not clear why doctors were reluctant to give me a
cortisone shot in the back several years ago although such a shot
helped in my knee and my elbow on two occasions. Shall I find other
more daring doctors and how do I go about this?
Finally I suspect that the recent pain could have been caused by a
(antitestosterone) hormone shut given to me for my prostate cancer.
Any comment or answer will be highly appreciated.
