Chobe Holdings Limited RPC Data Limited, Botswana Insurance Holdings
Limited and Furniture Mart, all Botswana based  companies, following
initial public offers, were listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange. In
these offers - how many investors applied for shares and what was the
value of the shares applied for. What was the breakdown of value
applied for between individuals and institutions? How were shares
finally allocated, if there was an oversubscription? Any other
pertinent information on the offer?


In 1996 and 2002, Aluworks, Sam Woode and Cococa Processing Company,
all Ghana companies, following initial public offers, were listed on
the Ghana Stock Exchange. In these offers - how many investors applied
for shares and what was the value of the shares applied for. What was
the breakdown of value applied for between individuals and
institutions? How were shares finally allocated, if there was an
oversubscription? Any other detailed pertinent information on the

of Zimbabwe, Dairibord Zimbabwe Reinsurance, Seed Company of Zimbabwe
respectively following  initial public offers, weres listed on the
Zimbabwe Stock Exchange in privatisations - how many investors applied
for shares and what was the value of the shares applied for? What was
the breakdown of value applied for between individuals and
institutions? How were shares finally allocated, if there was an
oversubscription? Any other detailed pertinent information on the
