Looking for a lead for a Sharp electronic organizer ZQ-570 to transfer
data on to my pc. "intellisync" "zero-touch" synchronization products
may be needed ?
Can you help locate such products ??

I have a ZQ-570 with a docking station(CE-61T)which allows me to
transfer data to my P.C. to either a backup file or to sync with
organiser software installed on the P.C.  It connects to com1.  My
laptop doesn't have a Com port so I purchased a USB-Serial cable. 
Can't get my organiser to work via the com4 port that the cable sets
up. I'll be looking at Sharp's website to try and find an answer.
