I would like financial information regarind a bnak I am currently
doing business with in Louisiana. They are requiring confusing
information from me regarding a current account and want to know if
there is undisclosed circumstances I need to know about.  The bank is
First Bank and Trust, New Roleans, La. they are owned by FirsTrust
Corporation.  Key players are Mr. Ashton Ryan and Mr. Joseph Canizaro.
 Other possibily related companies to the bank are Columbus Management
Inc., Columbis Properties, Combined Capital and Funding Corp,
Continental Group all of New Orleans La.  Another possibly related
corporation is First Trust Community Development Corp.

I am wondering if the bank is having financial problems or might be
actively trying to sell.

If you care to explain more precisely the situation or the nature of
the questions you are being asked, it would be possible for me to find
a regulatory agency whom you could complain to if you feel the bank is
being unreasonable with the information they are asking for.
