I would like the names of and contact information for at least three
organizations that have provided financing (debt and/or equity) for
the development of a free-standing multi-screen movie theater in the
United States within the past four years. These organizations can be
individuals, opportunity funds, debt placement brokers, banks, etc.

Please note that I am ONLY interested in financing that was provided
for FREE-STANDING movie theaters. The movie theater that was financed
cannot be part of a larger development (i.e., a shopping mall or
lifestyle center).

(Or, if the movie theater that was financed is part of a larger
development project, revenue from the theater must account for at
least 80% of the total project revenue.)

I am looking for financing for the development of a free-standing
movie theater (with two or three restaurant outparcels), and I would
like to find lenders/investors with a demonstrated interest in this
type of project.
