When submitting legal forms on behalf of a deceased individual to
notify the county clerk of his death, I understand I must file an Addidavit of
Death. I located and printed the form with no problem. However, I am
also told I must file an Affidavit of Successor Trustee, indicating I
am the new trustee. I have been unable to locate this affidavit
through any search engine I/ve tried. Is there really such a form and
must it be filed in the state of California.
