foreclosure.com has great info, but it is terribly unusable as it only
displays search results an entire county at a time, forcing you to sift
through a thousand or more results (try finding a property in downtown
Chicago, to see what I mean -- for your reference only, not as part of
the Answer to this Question).

Is there another service out there with the same quality of data but
with real searching capabilities?

RealtyTrac.com is a little better... But the info is incomplete
and outdated.

It looks like the most current info can only be found in the banks'
own websites, e.g., this one: http://www.bankone.com/answers/BolReoSearch.aspx

So, I'm increasing the List Price on this question and changing it
somewhat slightly... I'm willing to accept, in lieu of one centralized
website, individual websites of Chicago-area lenders... like, any 3
major ones.
