Hi omneptune, Thank you for your question. I phoned: 1-800-944-9871 and asked to be transferred to the Billing Dept. I explained the situation to a very nice gentleman (that it's not easy for you to hear on the phone) and he told me there are 2 ways you can accomplish the cancellation request. 1) Send FAX to: 904-232-4879 You can subject the FAX - REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION Put the following information in the Fax: * Your full name * Your mailing address (Home Address) * Evening and Daytime Telephone Numbers (this is for their records, no one will phone you) * Your email screename used for Compuserve Indicate in the FAX: ======= 2) Send regular land mail to: Compuserve Dept. L 2075 Columbus, OH 43260 *****Attention: Cancellation Request***** Put in the same information (full name, address, etc.,) Unfortunately, the young man explained there is no email address to submit your cancellation request. Best regards, tlspiegel |

You should simply contact Compuserve and describe the situation. If you can't find their email, send your request by snailmail: CompuServe Interactive Services, Inc. Customer Service Department P.O. Box 17300 Jacksonville, FL 32245-7300 USA |
