I need to find the average number of ulna shortening osteotomies
performed each year.  This could be in the world, USA/Europe, or just
the USA.  I've searched on Google and the closest thing I've found is
the number that were performed at a certain clinic over a period of
several years.  Would you also include the name of the book, journal,
or website where you find this information?
