i am searching as much information as possible about doing in office
physical therapy modalities in a primary care office.   limited space,
so i wish to purchase some smaller gadgets with good reimbursement. 
how does medicare reimburse?  limitations?  best ultrasound treatment
machine to purchase? side effects or risks to therapeutic ultrasound? 
do i personally need to be present if i use a medical assistant?  what
type of diagnoses will medicare recognize?
