Hello,

I'm looking to obtain a licensed copy of Avid Xpress DV from an
acquaintance (original disks, etc.)

1) I know Xpress Pro comes with a dongle.  Does Xpress DV have a dongle as well?

2) Is the software and the dongle (if there is one) all I need to run
it?  Or is there some other aspect.

3) Is this "transfer of ownership" legal?
