I am interested in finding out how technology affects the price of
healthcare. In particular, I want to find data on expensive procedures
such as MRI scans, heart stents etc that show a change in patient and
doctor behaivior after these procedures were subsidized either by
insurance companies or the state. For example, Id be inetrested to see
that in 2000 only 10 MRI scans were prescribed, but after it was
subsidized the number increased to 100. I am interested in price and
volume changes.

I am not interested in general "technology increases healthcare
spending" information. I am looking for specific data with numbers
attached.
