a retail grocer contracted to buy 25  cases of canned peaches (24 cans
per case) from wholesaler...but when consignment
arrived.....substantial proportion of tinned goods had been dented and
some of the labels were torn, soiled or both.

what is the legal situation for both retailer and wholesaler according
to queensland law of contract?
