I couldn't find any indication that any of the models you named
have S/PDIF capabilities. Of the brands you named, Fujitsu makes:

Fujitsu LifeBook P2120

What do you think?

well actually this is all I needed. I just asked cause I'm not sure if
the information about the S/PDIF presence in particular model is
always available at manufacturer's site. Well, Fujitsu one is too
small for me, I need 15 inches, widescreen. If you found such one,
with Pentium M, I would be really grateful. Thank you
