Disabled Navy veteran is seeking to overturn resignation for medical discharge as permitted under DFRB Act Section 51. Question 1 ? What is the best procedure to amend medical records capable of amendment under both FOI Act (s48 + others) and Privacy Act (Principle 7) Question 2 - Before I proceed further can you please help me by answering several questions, on the basis that I am successful in having my claim accepted. 1. Is there any change to my Gold Card eligibility ? 2. Is there any effect to my current VEA operational service Disability Pension for two accepted disabilities, or any ?claw-back? of money already paid ? 3. Is there any effect to my present Service Pension, or any ?claw-back? of money already paid ? 4. What is the formula for determining the amount paid under DFRB ? 5. What is the formula for determining the on-going payment/pension ? 6. Are there any other considerations please ? |
