1.  If I register a Company here do i have to have employees.
2.  Can I talk to sellers in US  from india.and give refernce to my Company in USA.
3. Can I accept payments in  USA.
4. If  I have an employee here, do i have to pay him. And if someone
like my relatives want to work for free, can they do that.
5. What if they have OPT. and no green card.
