Can you make your question a little more specific? Any votes or
research into this question would be very culturally based. For
example, Americans would probably be very likely to describe George
Washington or Abraham Lincoln among the greatest leaders in history,
while Chinese might suggest Confucious or Lao Tzu. It would be very
tough to realistically compare this worldwide.
