I am looking for the best 0870 (national rate) number provider in UK.
Best for me is defined as below;

1) Good rebate rate, over 3p per minute
2) No set up or monthly cost.
3) A good, easy to remember number eg ending with 3 zeros like 456 000
or paired numbers like 45 45 45 or consecutive numbers like 45 46 47
or trails like 444 555. I think you get the idea !
4) Possibly a reputable company

Please do not send me a long list of various providers as I am well
aware that there are loads !

I would like you to choose the best according to the criteria above
and recommend just one or two.
