I don't know if someone can help me in this issue or not?
also this is the first time to ask a question here at GoogleAnswers...

Anyway...

I need an online resource (a directory or recreance), that allows me to
contact Computer Science *students* in Russia and/or Ukraine...

I am thinking to develop an application, and i am *extremely* on a
limited budget...
so i thought to give the job to a Computer science student in one of
these two countries...

I knew that many of them are talented programmers (not just CS students)... and
they need to make some extra money...
So, if i work with one of them... I can find a good programmer with
reasonable fees.

I am interested in a directory that allows me to send them emails... and hopefully
to have students' names as well. 

Any suggestions?
