I want to find out all the portals/directories (at least an almost
exhaustive list) where I can find right vendors for my purchasing
requirements. The more data you can provide the more payment I can
make. I work in a medium scale US based enterprise. For start, you
can take example of a software product, service of e-Learning, web
design, and a capital item such as furniture.

based on the price you offered, how many directories for each product
type (e-learning, web design and furniture) will be a legitimate
number for an acceptable answer.

The number is not as important as the quality of portals/directories.
But just to put things in perspective for four things
1. Chart Software
2. e-Learning
3. Web Design
4. Office furniture

If you provide top 30-50 directory sources for each of these then it would be nice.
