Question ID: 384131
What is the "National Net Worth" of the United States from 1980 to the
present? Where do I find these statistics? I believe the US Federal
Reserve or the Department of Commerce, publishes or used to publish a
"Balance Sheets for the US Economy" document but I have not found an
up to date version. Thank you for your help.

I believe the data you're looking for might be known, in the US, as:

Fixed assets and consumer durable goods, which were valued in 2002 at
$32,827.2 billion [which, if I'm reading it correctly, is $32.8
trillion).

These are further broken out into:

Fixed assets
Private
-Nonresidential
--Equipment and software
--Structures
-Residential

Government
-Nonresidential
--Equipment and software
--Structures
-Residential

Consumer durable goods

Does this look like what you're after. If so, time series data are
readily available.

These three links will further clarify what I seek. The first two
links state they are from the Federal Reserve, however they end at
1991 and I would like to find the up to date figures.
