I want to find a host that offers hosting on Windows NT and Linux with
UNLIMITED web space and unlimited or at least 70 sub webs like if my
site is www.mysite.com and a sub web will be www.subweb.mysite.com and
has to have database support for access and be priced under $200 per
year and has great customer support with a control panel that controls
everything on my hosted account?

All of the features you require PLUS you can host multiple domains
(not just subdomains) from $25 per month at http://shanje.com - With
them 2 years and no complaints.

Correction - Bandwidth/webspace at Shanje.com are not unlimited, but
very adequate for most purposes.

host at http://www.zoneedit.com your name, that will allow you to
create the subdomains. (free service for first 5 domain names hosted).

I doubt there will be any high levels of customer service for such a
cheap service, ($9.95 per year) and of course any plan that advertises
'unlimited' is not really unlimited, just a point to bear in mind.
Unlimited really means a vague ceiling limit. Some hosts are more
tolorant of what this top ceiling is than others.

But for the price $9.95 you can't really complain....
