Most of the professional organizations don't publish lists of their
members out of concern for the patients. A referral to a medical
specialist would normally come from your primary care physican or
health professional.

There are some sites that don't follow this procedure and allow a
search of the members in their database and there are also commercial
sites that have the information you requested.

What kind of continuing education do you utilize?

How do you stay current on the latest drug prescriptions available and

What types of insurance coverage do you accept?
How do you handle billing? Do you require payment at the time of visit?
Do you specialize in handling certain types of problems. IE: Anxiety
disorders/Drug Abuse, etc.?
Discuss your family medical history and particular problems you are
concerned about.
After you have consulted a few Psychiatrists you should have a good
idea which one you felt most comfortable with and best answered your
questions."

I already had the Palm Beach list on my own - I was looking for a list
that had the addresses and telephone #'s included   I do not have the
time  to write each address seperately . I'm doing a mailing to all
the doctors of psychiatry.

question, it is possible for anyone to make comments. My comments
reflect my own personal opinion, and you should not judge the
researcher or this service because of them.

This might be your first time using this great service, but I still
think you expected way to much for $2. It is also polite to wait until

First
Dont just go to any Psychiatrists, and the phone book is the last
place you want to look for any doctor (very bad idea).  Any DR, or MD
can put themselves in the yellowpages etc.  You would be suprised how
many doctors con consumers or have vrey little experience etc.

A DR or MD who highly recognized from his/her peers and patients, and
who has loads of experience and training, is the smartest approach.

Thes three sites I found to be the most reliable with info:
