Please define hyperrationalism in relation to the development of School Polocies?

If education exists in a space of more than three dimensions, than it
would be a sphere of perfect enlightenment. The current mediums of
education only allow for sensory stimuli while there could exist still
new form and new mediums that bring further enrichment to the
nurturing minds we stand to enlighten.
